Anosh Ahmed’s Foundation Celebrates 11 Weeks of Trust and Togetherness in Al Quoz

For eleven weeks in a row, the rhythm of kindness has echoed through the streets of Al Quoz. What started as a simple effort to share meals has now become a trusted tradition, one that the workers look forward to every Thursday afternoon. On November 6, 2025, the Anosh Foundation, under the leadership of Anosh Ahmed, marked its 11th consecutive week of food distribution, continuing to turn compassion into consistency.

Each week, volunteers gather at midday, ready to serve freshly cooked biryani, fruit, laban, dates, and bottled water to hundreds of hardworking laborers. This week was no different, the same smiles, the same warmth, and the same feeling of connection filled the air. But there was also something deeper: a shared understanding between giver and receiver, built over weeks of genuine human interaction.

“When we first started, many were surprised,” one volunteer recalled. “Now they greet us with familiarity, they know we’ll be here. That trust means everything.”

A Legacy of Reliability and Care

In a world where charitable efforts often come and go, the Anosh Foundation’s weekly food drive stands out for one powerful reason — it doesn’t stop. Week after week, without fail, the foundation’s team shows up in Al Quoz, serving meals with kindness and respect.

For Anosh Ahmed, this consistency is not just about feeding bodies, but nurturing hearts.

“Compassion becomes meaningful only when it’s dependable,” he said. “Showing up every week builds more than goodwill — it builds relationships, understanding, and hope.”

Over these 11 weeks, the foundation has distributed thousands of meals across Al Quoz, creating not just a program, but a tradition of trust. For the workers, these Thursday drives are more than an event, they’ve become a part of their weekly routine, a reminder that kindness can be counted on.

Volunteers: The Heart Behind the Mission

Behind every meal served is a team of dedicated volunteers who embody Anosh Ahmed’s vision of serving with sincerity. Many have joined the initiative over time, drawn by the impact they witness each week.

“It’s humbling,” said one volunteer. “You start to realize that consistency changes everything. People don’t just remember the food, they remember that we care enough to return.”

This week’s drive saw both familiar faces and new participants, community members inspired by the foundation’s ongoing work, eager to contribute their time and energy. Together, they form the heartbeat of a movement that thrives on unity and compassion.

A Movement That Keeps Growing

The foundation’s Al Quoz initiative is only part of its broader humanitarian mission. With active programs in Pakistan, the UAE, and the United States, the Anosh Foundation continues to expand its focus on food security, healthcare access, and education.

But in Al Quoz, the story remains beautifully simple, a group of people showing up, week after week, to serve others with sincerity. It’s this consistency that transforms a charitable act into a community bond, one that continues to strengthen with every meal shared.

“We started with the goal of feeding people,” said a foundation coordinator. “Now, we’re feeding hope, and that’s something even more powerful.”

11 Weeks and Counting

As the 11th week draws to a close, the foundation’s team begins preparing for week twelve, because compassion doesn’t take a break. The workers wave goodbye as the volunteers pack up, knowing that the familiar sight of kindness will return again next Thursday.

The Anosh Foundation, guided by Anosh Ahmed’s belief in consistency and care, continues to prove that true change doesn’t come from one grand gesture, it comes from showing up, again and again, with heart.
